庭审哭诉骗翡翠原因
 
　　公诉人认为，被告人高丽娟的行为构成合同诈骗罪，数额巨大，但她认罪态度较好，目前涉案赃物26件翡翠制品也已发还被害人，得到被害人谅解，量刑时可予以考虑。
　　对于所有指控，高丽娟均表示无异议。她在供述中称：“前年12月我找申先生谈货，谎说有人出高价，能把以前欠他的26万元货款还清。申先生分3次把共计价值132万元的翡翠交给我，约定见钱给对方货，不见钱不放货。我没遵守约定，私自把货典当到典当行里，前后用5张假支票骗申先生说货能卖出去,abercrombie。从典当行里当的钱两次共32.6万元，还给申先生10万元，还给马先生(另一债主)6万元，用6万元把第一次典当的申先生的4件货赎出，余下的用于还典当行利息钱,louboutin pas cher。申先生向我催要翡翠款时，我以每张2000元购买了5张假支票给他，以拖延时间，因为我确实没能力赎回他的这些翡翠。”

　　这名女子名叫高丽娟，今年28岁，是云南人，在北京顺义首都机场附近和丈夫租房住，大专文化程度，是个体户。
　　她经营翡翠挂件饰品，于2008年认识申先生后，拿过3次货。因为以前的生意欠申先生26万多元,casque beats，她就先把申先生的翡翠珠宝典当了4件，其他的想慢慢卖。可是申先生催债催得紧，她就把他的翡翠都典当了。“当时就想把货卖了，挣钱还给他。”
　　而公诉人出示的几位证人证言证实了除申先生外，高丽娟还向别人借过钱，至事发时尚未还清。马先生通过朋友认识高丽娟后，她向马先生借了18万元。高丽娟借钱的理由是“做生意要进货”，同时她向马先生抵押了一些翡翠戒指。但直到事发时，她仍欠马先生9万多元。
　　据公诉人指控，前年12月间，被告人高丽娟谎称有客户购买翡翠，在北京海淀区大钟寺等地骗取被害人申先生26件翡翠制品，经鉴定其中22件价值41.1万元。她将骗取的翡翠制品典当，并将伪造的转账支票给申先生用于支付货款。
