　　三晋都市报：您觉得二审有可能改变判决结果吗？
　　打这场官司，我更注重其广泛而深刻的社会意义，实际上我已经大赢了。诉中华书局案一审虽然败诉，但《判决书》中称：“原告白平严谨的学术态度及作为中华书局忠实读者给予中华书局的关心，亦值得肯定。”有网友说：“既然如此，咋不判中华书局负担诉讼费？你肯定了原告,casque beats，又驳回了原告的全部诉求，不是自相矛盾吗？”其实我对中华书局的批评措辞总是多有保留的。拆毁自己心目中曾经的学术殿堂，对我来说，其实也很尴尬。
　　这实际上等于默认了4位记者的证据对我方有利。
 
 
　　此案审理过程中，我多次表达愿意和解的愿望，法院也希望双方能够调解。但阎崇年都明确拒绝。我的态度是，其他诉求可以商量，但阎崇年必须认错。
 
 
　　白平的代理律师表示：许多人以为这是学术之争，其实不是。本案第二个争议焦点是图书编校错误之争。这个案件不但关系到悬赏广告纠纷中报酬请求权人的利益保护问题，更关系到社会公共利益特别是读书人的合法权益保障问题。这个案件能够立案本身就是一个胜利。天下事，知其不可为而为之。所谓输，仅仅是法庭的判决。所谓赢，赢的是白平老师作为一个扎实读书人的尊严。白平老师与学术界不良现象进行斗争的英雄气概，他身上所展示的那种读书人的骨气，会散发出永恒的光辉,franklin marshall。

　　白平：两次诉讼费、律师费、差旅费，一共是不到三万块钱，快赶上一年的工资了。
　　在白平的博客上，丰台法院的判决书和朝阳法院的庭审笔录，引发着网友的热烈讨论。
　　说到底，如果这个案子败诉，不是律师能力缺陷的问题。案子能打到这样的结果，已经比我当初预期得要好。
　　接受委托前，他书面告知了我种种可能的诉讼风险(包括一般诉讼风险和本案特殊诉讼风险)及后果。他对每个论据的准备都非常细致，品质也很好。而且，这个案子能立案本身已不容易，他花了大量工夫，经过向北京市高院申请才得以立案。
　　白平：我很认可我方的律师。他工作中体现出的认真、细致、负责，在现今的年轻人中已难得了。
 
　　2009年6月，阎崇年校注的《康熙顺天府志》一书由中华书局出版发行。媒体刊发：阎称此书由中华书局校对了13遍，他自己又请专家校对了两遍，故而宣称：谁在该书中“挑出一个错，奖金一千元”。今年3月，山西大学文学院副教授白平从中挑出不少错误，联系阎商讨纠错事宜，未得到回应。5月6日，白平以“追讨挑错奖金”为由，将阎崇年诉至北京市朝阳区法院。6月18日，白平又以“悬赏广告纠纷”为由，将中华书局诉至北京市丰台区法院。
 
 
 
 
 
 
　　根据丰台法院表达的信号，我对朝阳法院的诉讼结果也不看好。这个事的悲剧性结果比正剧性结果更有意义。法庭以“鉴定机构的资质无法查清”为由驳回我的鉴定申请，直接违反了《民事诉讼法》第七十二条,casque beats，我已经申请复议。这个案件不存在鉴定不能的问题，省级新闻出版行政主管部门、从事古籍整理领域的出版社或者从事古代汉语教学与研究的专家均有能力做这方面的鉴定工作，由对方提出鉴定机构也可以。
　　白平：哈哈！没觉得累，反而觉得很有意思。12月17日在北京开完庭后，我便直接到了五台山，参加“翼彩五台山”征联活动的终评会。
 
　　白平：我打的本身是挑错官司。没想到丰台法院这份不足2300字的判决书里竟出现了十来处文字和语句上的错误，这本身就是对司法裁判的玩忽！这个案子不是该不该奖的问题，而是奖金多少的问题。就算一块钱，也是该付的。中华书局的代理人称，我挑的错误“没有一个基本的判断标准”，这个请大家自己判断吧。
 
　　三晋都市报：您最初只希望阎崇年支付两万元挑错费，但“因为对方态度恶劣”，您不断追加纠错，挑错费也上升到最后开庭时的85万元。到现在为止，您为这官司花了多少钱？您还计划打下去吗？
