Vabbeh ragà per l'occasione vi rivelo la mia ricetta per la carbonara:
ing per 4 persone:
400 g di pasta (meglio rigatoni ma anche gli spaghetti vanno bene)
4 uova
2 confezioni di pancetta
parmigiano a volontà
Preparazione:
Cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, quando l'acqua comincia a bollire buttare la pasta (fin qui semplice no? ). Intanto mettere un pò di olio in una padella con la pancetta e farla imbiondire. Scolare la pasta e unirla alla pancetta. Unire le 4 uova battute con un pò di sale e eventualmente un pò di origano. Far saltare il tutto in padella e cospargere con parmigiano. (la quantità dipende da quanto siete maiali )
